About Attorney Courtney Costalas
Attorney Courtney Costalas focuses her practice on every aspect of criminal law, representing clients from smaller summary offenses to major felony charges. Her criminal expertise includes pre-arrest investigations, preliminary hearings, suppression motions, jury and non-jury trials, and non-trial resolutions, such as plea negotiations, among other matters. She is an experienced litigator, having secured numerous favorable outcomes for her clients. Courtney is quick to respond to questions and can translate complicated legal issues into effective, practical, and clear understandable advice for her clients.
Courtney is a former Public Defender with the York County Public Defender’s Office where she represented clients at every stage of their legal cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Courtney spent almost a decade working as a paralegal, assisting attorneys in various areas of the law.
