About Attorney Jonathan R. White
Attorney Jonathan White is a partner with Dethlefs Pykosh & Murphy. He focuses his practice on criminal defense in both the state and federal system. He practices throughout Central Pennsylvania and federally in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Jonathan attended York College of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 2009. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Throughout his law school career, Jonathan received accolades for trial advocacy and oral arguments.
In April 2013, he accepted a position with the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office. During his tenure there, he represented clients at all stages of the criminal justice system, from preliminary hearings to jury trials and appeals. While in the Public Defender’s Office, he was a liaison to the Dauphin County Drug Court Program and was in charge of state revocation appeals to the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.
