State Representative Sue Helm and her business, Century 21 At The Helm had been sued in a civil action for negligent supervision of real estate professionals.
In pretrial motions, Dethlefs Pykosh & Murphy was successful in having Sue Helm, individually, dismissed from the case. At trial, the jury’s verdict was fully favorable for the company, Century 21 At The Helm.
